Our processing time is 1 to 2 days and average shipping time is 2 to 7 working days after purchase. But depending on your location, it might take some additional days

Cancel and returns

1. To cancel a product, it must be done within 12 hours after the purchase. This is because, after 12 hours, the item might have been confirmed and processed. So there is no cancelation after processing the order.
2. Products can only be a refund or exchange within 48 hours after the purchase.
3. If you receive damage or a wrong product, make sure to contact us within 2days but before doing that; send us an email to review the case.
4. After your complaint is reviewed and approved we will make a refund or replacement and this will take not less than 10 days.
5. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Note that we have the right to accept or decline any request for an exchange or refund only if you:

• Make sure the hair has not been tampered with and is still intact in the original package.
• Do not install or dye the hair.
• Make sure all the hair bundles are intact and in good condition.
